- Accuracy: We strive to ensure that product descriptions and technical specifications (such as moisture-wicking properties or “naked feel” fabric details) are accurate. However, slight variations in color or texture may occur due to screen settings or production batches.

- Sample Policy: We can provide samples for quality evaluation. Sample costs and shipping fees are generally borne by the buyer unless otherwise negotiated.
- Customization: For custom orders (OEM/ODM), the buyer is responsible for ensuring that any logos or designs provided do not infringe on the intellectual property of third parties.
5. Orders and Payment
- An inquiry sent through the website does not constitute a legally binding contract. A contract is only formed once a Proforma Invoice (PI) is signed and the deposit/payment is confirmed.
- Payment terms will be specified in the formal sales contract or PI.
6. Shipping and Delivery
- We offer various shipping methods (Sea, Air, Express) from our facilities in Guangdong, China.
- Delivery timelines provided are estimates. The Company is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, international logistics issues, or force majeure events.
